Our refund, returns and cancellation policies:

If you must cancel your scooter, we require written notice. If we receive notice 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a 90% refund of the rental fees plus all the UPS fees.

If cancelled from 14-29 days in advance, you‘ll receive a 50% refund.

Sorry, no refunds under 14 days.

What Information is Collected:

The scooter user's name, address, home phone, cell phone, e-mail address and dates of scooter usage.

How that information is used:

Your credit card billing information will be sent through PayPal via secured lines. Please remember, the best part of using a credit card is the guarantee that you will get what you ordered or you don't pay the bill. Simple as that....

We may send you coupons for discounts on future scooter rentals. The coupon can be used by anyone. If you prefer not to have future mailings, send us an e-mail.

We will not share any of your personal or credit card information with anyone for any reason. We value your business and fully respect your privacy.

Your Liability:

We are renting you a very valuable scooter. We want you to enjoy it during the cruise and return it at the end. If you do not or cannot return it, you will be required to pay for a new, replacement scooter of the same make and model. We will bill it to your credit card. After you book your scooter, we will mail you a "Scooter Rental Agreement" asking you to sign it and return it to us. It clearly states your obligation and agreement to replace a damaged, lost, or stolen scooter.
